PAY FIXATION ARRERS

DIRECTOR OF TREASURIES ISSUED ORDERS TO DTO'S TO ADMIT BILL OF PRC 2010
PRC Arrears can now be claimed by the employees of Andhra Pradesh Government. All most all the G.O.'s have been released by the Government and the Circular Memo has also been issued to the treasury officers. Claims for Pay Fixation Arrears can now be put up by the Drawing and Disbursing Officers to the Sub-Treasuries. For DDO's who are under Pay Roll Package, may opt to fix their pay through the Treasuries Department Website. http://210.212.218.4/ddoreq
For those who are not covered under the Pay Roll Scheme, has to submit their bills to the treasury from this month. For this purpose, we have prepared Bill making through this software, which are formatted in MS-Excel(2007). It is recommended to install Office-2007, particularly MS-Excel 2007, before you starting bill pay  preparation. Bill making is simple, and we included all the other formats also viz., Option form, Appendix-I, Appendix-II, Form-47, Inner Sheets, Form-47 Outer Back, Form-101, Paper Token, Proceedings, Professional Tax Schedule, GPF/ZPPF schedule, Form-49(Increment Certificate), Short Drawn Particulars. All you have to do is, fill in the Data sheet provided in the Excel file. All the other formats will automatically generated. We have also included calculation for those come under Automatic Advancement Scheme after 1.7.2008. There are a few recruitments viz, Nov 2000 and Jan 2002 who comes under Automatic Advancement Scheme after 1.7.2008. Select these files if you come under Automatic Advancement Scheme after 1.7.2008. We sincerely invite your suggestions and any mistakes to keep this software accurate and correct. 
INSTRUCTIONS TO USE THIS SOFTWARE
  • This software is prepared primary for the use of inservice teachers. It may also be used by the employees of other department by making some simple changes such as Head of Account in Form-47 etc.,
  • Separate files were prepared for different categories such as teachers who do not come under any Automatic Advance Scheme or Promotion after 1.7.2008 and who come under Automatic Advancement scheme after 1.7.2008 and got promotion after 1.7.2008. Promotion were given during January 2009, February 2009 and October 2009.
  • Seperate files were prepared for who opt to fix their pay from the date of promotion ie., Under F.R. 22(b) and for who opt to fix their pay from their date of their increment F.R. 22(a)(i)
  • Seperate files were prepared for each increment date for promotees.
  • After downloading the required file, go to DATA SHEET and enter the relevant information such as Basic Pay, Time scale, Increment Date, Date of Promotion and Date of Option. Please collect data before starting using this software. Data Sheet is also included here.
  • After entering all the details, make sure that all the required papers such as Option Form, Appendix-1, Appendix-2, Form-47, Inner Sheets(Bill), Form-101, Paper Token, Schedules, Annexures and Form-49 are accurate and correct.
  • Page setting has been done, kindly preview before you take out a print and insert page breaks wherever necessary.
  • If any rows or columns are unnecessary, please delete them and also note that, if you require any additional rows or columns, insert them and correct the formuls such as totals or multiplications.
  • As said earlier, these files work only in Office 2007, kindly install Office 2007 and Fixation is to be done under the supervision of those who have good knowledge of MS office Excel and Bill Preparation.
  • After downloading these files on to your computer, copy each file to a seperate location, rename the file in the name of the employee and save the file for future requirements.
  • Profession Tax Calculation difference was shown right from the beginning of claim of arrears. If you feel that it is unnecessary to show P.T. Arrears in the Notional Part, simply delete the formulas and type '0'.
  • Gross and Net Particulars are to be prepared for the total unit ie., Mandal or High School separately and to be used in common by all the employees under a Drawing and Disbursing Officer.
  • Enhanced Conveyance Allowance and Head Master Allowance( for Primary HM's) are allowed from 1.4.2010 only. You may find that they are calculated from April 2010 only. Kindly note that cash part contains calculation excluding the month March 2010.

  2. sir, in treasury software asking Basic Pay as on 1.7.2008 , but after 1.07.08 appointees how to enter their Basic Pay ex as on 1.12.08 Or 1.10.08
    how their pay will be fix! they are all fixed at Starting scale & to be get due increments only., so "Q" is How to made bills of new appointees dfter 1.07.2008

  3. There is no software provided in the package provided by DTA. You have make small modifications in our software. If someone is appointed for ex: 13/2/2009, he/she need not to exercise option. His pay can be fixed in the minimum of his post. For instance if he is a SGT, his pay can be claimed @10900/- from 13.2.2009, if he is a SA his pay can be claimed @14860 from 13.2.2009. Download the file according to his/her increment and delete the unnecessary columns and proceed.Calculate his/her earnings from the date of his appointment only. Show your calculation in days from the date of his first appointment.
